<! –Savona. With the fiscal decree connected to the 2019 budget law, for retail traders and assimilated subjects, the obligation to electronically store and transmit electronic data to the Inland Revenue was introduced. The novelty will start from 1 January 2020, even for companies in the hotel sector (those with a turnover exceeding 400 thousand euros left in July).

Such as
The operations of storing and electronically transmitting the fees must be carried out using technological tools that guarantee the unalterability and security of the data.
These tools are:
• the electronic data recorder, which, in short, consists of a cash register with the ability to connect to the Internet.
• the web procedure "online commercial document", present in the "Invoices and Fees" portal of the Agency's website and usable also on mobile devices. The procedure is made available free of charge by the Revenue Agency.

Federalberghi's pressing on the Government
In view of the parliamentary discussion on the conversion of the legislative decree into law 26 October 2019, n. 124 "Urgent tax and non-deferrable provisions" Federalberghi also presented an amendment proposal which provides for the extension to January 1, 2021 of the commencement of the obligation of electronic storage and electronic transmission of daily fee data to the Agency of Income for individuals with a turnover of less than € 400,000. This extension is necessary due to the difficulties of technological and IT adaptation in small businesses, as well as the delay in the commissioning of telematic recorders by suppliers.
The wish of Federalberghi Savona is that this action on the Government will lead to decisions that meet the needs of the sector, both from the point of view of the entry into force, and from the point of view of a simplification of the bureaucratic-administrative procedures.

But what exactly are the steps that companies will have to take to arrive without worries at this deadline?
Federalberghi Savona will illustrate them in the meeting for in-depth study and discussion with all the associates and dedicated to the subject of Telematic Recorders which will take place on Wednesday 20 November at 3.00 pm at the Confcommercio headquarters in Savona (C.so Ricci 14 -1st floor) . The objective is to illustrate both the technical and tax aspects that are of interest to tertiary companies, and the measures to be taken to better face this fulfillment. The meeting will be conducted by Rag. Luca Galati, Head of Ascom Confcommercio Savona Services.
