"This is a real employer-owned counter-platform – the single statement continues – divided by subject areas that do not correspond to the trade union platform; chapters to themselves those of the "professional declarations", as well as that of the "scope of application" and the "relationship between bargaining levels" and that of "flexibility and simplification". The ABI document, as a whole, has no point of contact, nor does it accept the requests of our Platform, foreseeing:
- the subordination of the CCNL to the 2nd level of bargaining;
- information only ex post to the National Secretariats of the 2nd level agreements;
- the organization of work, the contractual area, the frameworks and, finally, the chapter on flexibility and simplification as subordinated to the business model and not to the centrality of female workers. "
"Today the trade unions, together, have required a dutiful change of direction by ABI – the trade unions affirm – claiming, once again, the centrality of our Platform as the basis of the negotiation and the transparency of the data on which to possibly continue the comparison relative to :
- salaries, levels and clicks;
- definition of the method for calculating the "point value" of the sector on which to measure wage increases; in addition to the due restoration of the taxable amount of the TFR, as required by law;
- precise data on the entry / exit of disorganized personnel for Groups / Companies;
- identification of the sector average productivity claimed in the Platform as a component of the economic request;
- inclusion in the CCNL of the Agreement on Commercial Policies as a guarantee element for female workers, but also for customers;
- all points relating to the "Rights and Protection" section of the Platform, including the right to "reintegrate". "
"After a pause – continues the unified statement – ABI returned to the table declaring its intention to continue the discussion on the basis of the demands of the trade union platform, effectively abandoning the contents of their proposal and explaining their availability on the following topics:
