Banca Credem employs over 150 graduates and graduates

15 November 2019 – Credem, one of the most important private Italian banks, is looking for 150 graduates and graduates who, after an initial entry as tellers, will follow a path that includes a development in the commercial sphere as managers of private clients and a subsequent one managerial growth as branch managers. The other sought-after figures concern Virtual Contact Center, which will have to manage customers through an interactive and multimedia approach using tools such as internet, telephone and above all the development of network channels; Requisition Junior, who will have to undertake challenging paths and work in teams to make the group a technologically advanced reality and a point of reference in digital innovation; Information Technology Expert, which will guide and implement digital innovation of applications and banking services, develop, define and analyze the technical requirements of the software, achieve integration between systems of different technologies etc.

The generic requirements valid for all candidates are passion, curiosity, flexibility, energy, proactivity, ability to work in a team, strong customer orientation, strong commercial skills and coordination with other functions, a desire to get involved, an open mind to new challenges, good problem solving skills etc. Furthermore, to become part of Banca Credem it is important to be people who want to build their professionalism with determination, who have a constant desire to learn, grow and improve in order to achieve individual and group goals.

All will initially be supported by more experienced personnel, in fact, thanks to the "Maestri di Mestiere" project, the senior colleagues will accompany the new colleagues in a tutorship course during the learning phase of the new job.
