There are 147 overlaps disputed throughout Italy, as stated in the latest bulletin published a few hours ago: "It is believed that the operation in question could significantly impede effective competition in the 147 local retail markets identified, determining the strengthening or establishing a dominant position, even to the detriment of consumers ”. Now, the lawyers have ten days "to be heard" and bring the opinion of their clients to the attention of the Antitrust Authority.
