Ansaldo Energia, new orders on the Chinese market

Via supply contracts for 6 gas turbines, in five years the partnership with Shanghai Electric has guaranteed 500 million orders

Ansaldo Energia, an investee company of 59.9% of CDP Equity, of the Cassa Depositi e Prestiti Group, and 40% of Shanghai Electric, has acquired new supply contracts for 6 class F gas turbines for the Chinese market. During 2019 contracts were signed for five other turbines. According to the company, the partnership established with Shanghai Electric Corporation starting in 2014 has allowed the Ansaldo Energia Group to continue growing in the Chinese market. During these five years, in fact, production orders for almost 40 Gas Turbines destined for the Chinese market have been activated for a production value in the factories of Genoa of around half a billion euros.
