About 16,500 tons of raw material are collected and processed annually, where 90% of the total grape is represented by Glera, the white grape variety suitable for the production of Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Docg, Asolo Docg and Prosecco Doc wines.
The territory remains one of the strengths of the Valdobbiadene Val D'Oca winery, an area that is not only a point of reference for viticulture and local wine production at occupational level, but is also a leading economic area for induced generated by the sector.
The company aims to enhance the grapes conferred by the producer partners, which is why constantly engages human and economic resources aimed at improving viticulture and production processes, with the aim of being able to continue to raise the quality of its wines and to let the world know the uniqueness of this territory, chosen by Unesco as a world heritage site.
Under the leadership of Franks, they have been undertaken over the years initiatives aimed at improving production quality, through consultancy provided by trained agronomists, training and refresher courses for winegrowers, and the selection of "cru" from funds particularly suited to the production of valuable grapes. Finally, the “Bio” project is the pride of recent years, which involves the conversion from traditional to organic farming of 10 hectares of vineyard.
