The Constitutional Court delivered Thursday the judgment on the tax on securities accounts. It cancels the law of 7 February 2018 introducing this tax of 0.15% on securities accounts of at least 500,000 euros, which it considers unconstitutional because based on discriminatory criteria. However,
"In particular to prevent budgetary and administrative difficulties"it maintains the effects of the law for a period until September 30, 2019. The state will not have to repay it.
