The real estate fund SF Retail Properties Fund has acquired a building in Vernier for 16.55 million francs. He is considering a capital increase of up to 55 million.
The acquisition concerns the center of Avanchets in the Geneva commune of Vernier, which has a market value of 17.28 million, said the statement Wednesday. The property includes a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant and library. The portfolio of the fund thus amounts to 86 properties in 19 cantons for a value of 735 million francs.
The 18-month renovation of the Bioggio center (Ticino) has been completed. The investment amounts to 8 million francs and brings the market value to 19 million. Coop and a cafe are located there. Discussions were held to find potential tenants for vacant space on the ground and first floors.
The management of the fund is also planning a capital increase "for new acquisitions and repayment of debt". The decision will be communicated in the coming weeks.
