LONG-TERM CREDIT OF PERNOD RICARD SA

In today's press releases, S & P Global Ratings and Moody's have upgraded Pernod Ricard SA's (Paris: RI) long-term credit rating to BBB +, stable outlook and Baa1, stable outlook, respectively. The long-term rating of the Group has so far been BBB with a positive outlook by S & P Global Ratings since November 2017 and Baa2 with a stable outlook by Moody's since May 2016.
