TheThe Belgian Union Licensing Commission decided to fine Anderlecht a fine of 5,000 euros for letting Vincent Kompany assume the role of Anderlecht's head coach.
The defender of the Red Devils, arrived at the Mauves under the double cap of player-manager, has indeed the diploma required to exercise this responsibility. The arguments put forward by the Brussels club have not convinced the Commission, which has sufficient evidence to indicate that Kompany was indeed the T1 and not Simon Davies.
The situation now cleared, Anderlecht should also not have this kind of problem with the arrival of Franky Vercauteren to assume the post of head coach Sporting Anderlecht.
