Renault Group separates from its Managing Director

The board of directors of the Renault group, held on 11 October, has decided to put an immediate end to the functions of Chief Executive Officer of Renault SA and Chairman of Renault SAS of Thierry Bolloré. By separating from the dolphin of the former CEO Carlos Ghosn (he was appointed early 2018 deputy general manager on a proposal by Carlos Ghosn), the Renault group turns a new page in its history.

The Board of Directors also indicated that Clotilde Delbos is appointed Interim Executive Director, "Time to Lead a Process for Designating a New Executive Director". Who is Clotilde Delbos?

Born in 1967, Clotilde Delbos graduated fromEM Lyon. She started her career in California then in Paris, at Price Waterhouse, before joining the Pechiney group in 1992. Clotilde Delbos joined the Renault Group in 2012 as Group Performance and Control Director.

In May 2014, Clotilde Delbos was appointed Alliance Director, Performance and Control, in addition to her role as Group Performance and Control Director. In April 2016, Clotilde Delbos is appointed Chief Financial Officer of Groupe Renault and Chairman of the Board of Directors of RCI Bank. On 1 April 2019, Clotilde Delbos, Chief Financial Officer of Renault Group and Chairman of the Board of Directors of RCI Banque, is also joined by the Internal Control Department.
