New Honda Jazz, standard and even raised hybrid

There new Honda Jazz debuts at the 2019 Tokyo Motor Show with the desire to confirm the good things of the three previous generations and focusing on electrification with the new motorization hybrid e: HEV.

The style has changed a lot, as can be seen from the front and the headlights that characterize the appearance of the new Jazz; in addition there is a space on board, new driving aids and a raised version Crosstar which was not there before. The start of sales in Europe is scheduled for mid-2020.

The style changes everything

Starting from the design you can immediately notice on the new Honda Jazz a turn towards the minimalism stylistic, essential body lines and a side that goes down very vertically. The front pillar has been thinned compared to the previous generation, to the advantage of visibility.

For the first time the new Honda Jazz is also available in a version Crosstar that winks at the look of crossovers. The Jazz Crosstar, also a hybrid, boasts one greater height from the ground, a larger and “classic” front grille, longitudinal bars on the roof and interiors with waterproof fabrics.

Hybrid only and: HEV

Larger and more comfortable seats

The front seats of the Jazz 4 are wider and with a different internal structure "to mat" to improve comfort, the dashboard is as wide and minimalist as the exterior and for the first time there is a large central armrest on the console that recalls the higher level models. In search of maximum comfort, the rear seats, which have thicker padding, have also been updated.

Connected to the smartphone, but wireless

In terms of connectivity, the new Honda Jazz features the integrated Wi-Fi hotspot, the touch central LED screen with smartphone-like scrolling controls and integration, for the first time wireless, with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
