Euronext Paris has made known to the AMF that on 9 October, the last date for the filing of the orders presented by the public tender offer initiated by ChapsVision for the Coheris shares, it received in 2,421,500 shares.In total, ChapsVision holds 3,657,576 Coheris shares representing as many voting rights, ie 64.33% of the capital and at least 61.52% of the voting rights of this publisher of CRM and analytics solutions.
As the minimum required condition of retention is satisfied, the offer has a positive result. The settlement-delivery will take place according to the calendar communicated by Euronext Paris. A later publication will specify the dates and the duration of the reopening of the offer.
