(SET) that the company Has requested to increase the capital of 198,508,959 ordinary shares, causing all ordinary shares of BTS to increase to 12,755,156,796
Shares or value 51,020,627,184 baht
The allocation of new shares of BTS divided into allocation for 2 purposes as follows
1. Allocated for the exercise of warrants
(BTS-W4) total of 194,824,875 units
Converted into ordinary shares in the amount of 196,967,631
Shares at the ratio of 1: 1.011 or the exercise price of 10.384 baht / share
2. Allocated for the exercise of warrants
(BTS-WC) 1,541,328 units
To 1,541,328 ordinary shares
At the rate of 1: 1 or the exercise price of 10.19 baht / share
The new capital increase shares of BTS will be open for trading on 8 October 2019.
