Two offers of recovery, the last one refused
The five-star establishment has been the subject of two successive offers of covers in recent months by the Alday group, wishing to turn it into a residence for seniors. The latest one was rejected by the court. Considering the "operating deficit of 836,000 euros at August 31, 2019", the court found that it was not possible to maintain the company's business.
