Banca IFIS acquires the entire capital of FBS

<! – ->Banca IFIS has completed the purchase of 10% of the capital of the subsidiary FBS, held by the minority shareholders Paolo Strocchi, Elena Paola Ruo and Giorgio Fedocci, for a total consideration of 12.2 million euros.

With this transaction, Banca IFIS becomes the sole shareholder of FBS.
