Andrea Gaudenzi, ex n. 18 of the world in 1995, he was named new President of the ATP.
The official note of the players' organization arrived this morning, announcing that Andrea is the new head of the organization.
His appointment will begin next 01 January 2020 and will end after 4 years.
Currently Andrea Gaudenzi is part of the board of ATP Media, the company that manages and markets the rights of professional tennis events (TV rights, press, images, etc.), so it is already well inserted in the organ that directs the tour. After his sporting career, which brought him into the top 20 with the victory of two ATP tournaments and above all the Davis Cup final in 1998, Gaudenzi started a brilliant managerial career. He graduated in law (a degree already obtained at the time of sports) and specialized in Masters in Business Administration, he has always remained in the field of tennis, also dealing with contracts for betting and gaming companies, and he founded a management company for sportsmen.
