TheAirbus A319 156 seats is the model chosen by Volotea for its growth plan, gradually replacing its Boeing 717 125 seats. Six A319s were added to the company's fleet in 2019 for a total of 19, with four more expected. In total, Volotea's fleet consists of of 36 aircraft operating 319 lines between more than 80 cities. Thanks to these additions, Volotea is maintaining the transformation of its fleet to become a 100% Airbus airline by 2022.
