Gleyber Torres, Mike Tauchman and Aaron Judge rocked two homers, and the New York Yankees broke the franchise record, with more rumors in a campaign, to break the Boston Red Sox on Sept. 8, 10-5.

The Yankees won for the fourth time in five commitments and improved their record to 94-50. They followed Houston in the bid to hold the best Major League record in this campaign.

Also, New York approached the conquest of the pennant of the Eastern Division of the American League, with another victory against the Red Sox, its staunch rivals, whose streak of three consecutive divisional titles is about to end.

The Yankees began the encounter with two homers of the club record of 267, set last year. Torres's club, which produced two runs in the second inning, was 266.

Tauchman disappeared the ball with a runner on board in the fourth act, while Judge broke the mark by inaugurating the fifth with his 21st home run of the season.

Torres hit 5-3 with four pushes. His 35th bambinazo allowed him to pass one by one to the Dominican Gary Sanchez, as leader of the club.

Boston lagged behind eight Oakland games in the fight for the second wild card ticket to the postseason in the American.

The victory went to Chad Green (3-4) and the defeat to Rick Porcello (12-12).

For the Yankees, the Venezuelan Torres 5-3 with two scored and four driven. The Colombian Gio Urshela 1-0.

For the Red Sox, Venezuelan Sandy León 3-2 with one scored and one towed.
