A man suspected of killing his wife and four children in Nantes in 2011 was arrested at the Glasgow airport in Scotland, a source close to the investigation told Agence France-Presse, confirming information from the "Parisian".
Xavier Dupont de Ligonnès was actively sought after.
Dupont de Ligonnès had been spotted by the police in Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle, but the police had not had time to intervene and warned Interpol.
Upon his arrival in Glasgow, he was checked and arrested on the basis of his fingerprints.
