More than 94,000 BTC, which are currently worth more than USD 1 billion, have just been moved to an unknown address, possibly associated with Bakkt.

The transaction, which took place a few hours ago, consolidated bitcoins of 92 different entries and 15 addresses to a single address that now has 94,505.8 BTC. More than half of the amount sent (56%) came from a single address.

The same address has also moved 124,178 of Bitcoin Cash (USD 36.7 million) and 124,178 of BSV (USD 16.3 million), funds linked to the first address for being prior to the fork of 2017. Another 42% of BTC came from from three other directions. The transaction fee was approximately USD 700, which represents 0.00007% of the total amount.

The recipient's address is now the fifth largest Bitcoin wallet, and the largest portfolio not associated with a cryptocurrency exchange house. Given that Bakkt starts offering bitcoin custody as of today, it is possible that the recipient's address belongs to Bakkt.
