Several English-speaking Christian writers claiming to have come out of homosexuality denounce the double standard of the Amazon online sales platform. It has withdrawn their books from the sale but continues, according to them, to sell books promoting pedophilia, reports the Christian Post in an article published on August 30. Authors include Anne Paulk of the Restored Hope Network and pastoral advisor Joe Dallas, author of the book Desires in Conflict: A hope for men struggling with a sexual identity. According to Amazon, these stories of transformation of life and sexual identities by Jesus violate their rules of content.

Contacted by Christian Post, Anne Paulk is not surprised that his books and those of Joe Dallas are banned by Amazon. Nevertheless, she is surprised that books such as Pedophilia and adult-child sex: a philosophical analysis Stephen Kershnar, which is "a defense of the sexual exploitation of children and calls into question his moral status", be sold freely. She also cites other works before concluding: "It is appalling that Amazon has banned books detailing how a person fighting unwanted same-sex attraction can overcome these feelings and handle his sexuality in a biblical way, while having no objection to selling books that celebrate the kind of deviance that Jeffrey Epstein was accused of. "

"None of us will ever cease to communicate the grace of God manifested in our lives and in the lives of those we serve," said Joe Dallas.
