The general opinion is that the design of the new Juke represents an obvious improvement, which made us think of other ways to improve it even more. Inexorably, our minds took us to Nismo, Nissan's performance division, which occasionally gives its magical touch to street models such as 370Z and GT-R, and did an excellent job with the original Juke. What better than a sporty touch to enhance the youthful spirit of the Juke? Instead of waiting for Nissan to get to work, Nissan decided to ask our designers to give us their vision of a new Juke Nismo, the result is the image that tops this note.
Nissan had already given a very sporty flavor to the original Juke design, so we focused our attention on the front of the vehicle. We enlarge the air inlets in the lower outer corners and the niches of the fog lights. The whole set is somewhat lower thanks to a new lower wing with a red border, which allowed us to make the front fenders end closer to the pavement creating square edges that accentuate the corner air intakes. We gave the car a monochromatic treatment where everything is white or black, with the exception of the stirrup panels and the edge of the lower wing, both in red, in order to highlight the sporting factor. We extended the black color of the rear pillars all over the floating roof to the hood, and of course we gave it some great alloy wheels.
Did we improve the appearance of the new Juke or should we have left it alone? Share your opinion in the comments section.
