Launched in early 2019 in France, the WeWard application is taking its first steps in Lyon. Walking between Place Bellecour and Place des Terreaux can bring you money.
Fight against a sedentary lifestyle
For the creators of the project, the idea was above all to find a way to combat sedentariness and motivate users to move. A bet held since the application encourages, through the discovery of emblematic places of the city, to mix travel and culture.
Still under development in Lyon, partner locations are still limited.
How it works ?
1. Keeping your smartphone on you will save 1 Ward every 1000 steps.
2. Spend them on partner stores.
