A third person using electronic cigarettes died in the United States, state health officials said Friday. Hundreds of vapers, including consumers of cannabis refills sold on the black market, have suffered severe pulmonary disease throughout the country, including hospital admissions and artificial comas. An additive containing vitamin E is suspected by New York State to be the cause of the diseases, but the federal health authorities have not yet confirmed any product or substance involved.
