Dorian's strength as a post-tropical cyclone is already felt in Canada; a video shows how a crane falls on a building

The National Hurricane Center (NHC, in English) from United States reported that Dorian touched Canadian territory at 6:15 p.m. local, near Sambro Creek in Nova Scotia, Canada, approximately 25 kilometers south of Halifax.
The estimated maximum sustained winds on land were 155 kilometers per hour.
More than 207,000 people in Nova Scotia were left without power due to the storm, according to Nova Scotia Power.
Canadian Prime Minister, Justin TrudeauHe said he had been informed about the latest events of the storm.
"The safety of Canadians is our number one priority and we are ready to help Atlantic Canada during this storm," he wrote through his Twitter account.
