The purpose of these agreements is that the flow of Mexican temporary workers towards those countries it happens in an organized, legal and above all safe way. Vacancies are published based on the staffing needs of employers.
The National Employment Service (SNE) is responsible for the selection and recruitment of those who have the minimum experience requested in the activities to be carried out.
For this process, there are no intermediaries and the procedure is completely free. The SNE is the only body empowered for recruitment, selection and hiring.

To qualify for any of the programs and become an applicant for one of the vacancies, you must meet the following requirements:
- Have Mexican nationality and reside in national territory.
- Be 18 years old.
- Have the official document that proves identity: INE credential, Passport, Military Card.
- Have CURP.
- Have updated proof of studies.
- The applicant must prove experience in the work area that applies to the requested work.
- You will have to prove the language (and if applicable the level) that the employer requests to fill the vacancy.
In most vacancies a certain level of studies or a profile is requested. There are no intermediaries, so payments by the applicant will not be necessary.
