Caracas.– The Colombian Ombudsman, Carlos Alfonso Negret, asked Ecuador and Peru for a special humanitarian corridor for Venezuelan migrants.The official explained that the two countries to whom he requested collaboration must develop a plan in which the borders of the Andean countries are not closed, because this type of closures considered them a "disrespect" in view of the work carried out by various international organizations.
"The Andean borders have to be open because we are brothers. Where was the famous Andean Community norm where we could only pass with the card and without any restrictions?"he said.
