The Brazilian will be back in Barcelona on September 27 for his court battle with the Catalan club over a payment from 2016.
Upon signing a new contract at Barcelona in 2016, Neymar received 14 million euros of a 40 million euro bonus, with the Blaugrana keeping the other 26m euros.
When Neymar left for PSG the following year, he didn't receive the extra 26m euros from Barcelona and they will now settle the dispute in court.
As well as this, Barcelona are also asking for Neymar to pay 75m euros for the unfulfillment of his contract as part of the court case.
Neymar had made a complaint about the situation to FIFA in February 2018, but football's world governing body had more important matters to pursue.
If the forward had re-signed for Barcelona this summer, then both parties' demands would have been retracted.
However, Neymar is still a PSG player and he will now face his former club in court over this two-way demand later this month.
