A tragic accident occurred this morning along the state road 613 Lecce-Brindisi, where a car would have remained squashed between two trucks. The driver died. The incident occurred around 7.30am this morning, and the dynamic is being reconstructed. A Citroen C3 was squeezed between two trucks near the exit for Surbo (Lecce) of the Lecce-Brindisi highway: the driver of the vehicle suffered serious injuries as a result of which she died. On the spot the firemen of the provincial command of Lecce who extracted the body of the woman who, as far as we learn, traveled alone in the car. The surveys are entrusted to the traffic police. The stretch of highway involved in the serious accident has long been closed to traffic, towards Brindisi, with consequent detours and queues.

His BMW car collided violently and frontally with a Renault Clio causing the death of one man and wounding two, in a non-serious manner. The 34-year-old soldier survived with light injuries but will be charged with road murder.
