Of the 17 NBAers pre-selected for the World Cup, there are only 2 left in the Canadian team: Khem Birch and Cory Joseph. Jamal Murray, Tristan Thompson, Kelly Olynyk, Cory Joseph, Dwight Powell, R.J. Barrett, Nickeil Alexander-Walker and Brandon Clarkeall have forfeited x or y since mid-July.

Kevin Pangos (FC Barcelona), leader in the selection, does not see the chances of his team to get a medal to fly.
