Information confirmed by a company press release, stating that "SELARL FHB represented by Maître Hélène Bourbouloux has been appointed provisional administrator of Aigle Azur".

Richard Houa's maneuver provoked the reaction of another shareholder: David Neeleman, who owns 32% of the capital. In an email sent to his lawyers, he accused Géraed Houa of having "usurped the presidency of the company" and denied the power of the latter and that of Philippe Bohn, that Gérard Houa had appointed director general.
Unions want Richard Houa back
Some unions favorable to Gerard Houa who assured to have "raised 15 million euros" to save Aigle Azur and avoid its dismantling, sought a solution to put it back in the saddle.
