However, isolationists will be notified and treated by the police, according to reports and data from the Ministry of Health, only in the case of violations by civilians that the Ministry cannot monitor for various reasons, where the supervised departure of the isolation complex where it is supposed to stay.

“A criminal investigation will be opened against civilians who knowingly disregarded the guidelines as they see in their eyes their personal benefit, or against civilians who have committed acts of spreading the virus and injuring public servants, with the intention of infecting or misleading the inspectors to interrogate the suspects while interrogating , Police said.

“The Israeli police will cooperate with the State Attorney’s Office to exhaust the law with anyone who chooses to ignore the Health Ministry’s instructions and, in doing so, negligently or intentionally, risk the spread of the corona virus.”

Earlier today, the Ministry of Health filed a complaint with the police against Meir Cohen, owner and manager of the “Red Pirate” store in Or Yehuda.

The office claims that Cohen reported a false report of the time he spent in the store he owned, after returning from Italy.

Cohen initially reported staying in the store for one hour on February 24, but later admitted that he also visited her on February 23 from 6 pm to 10 pm and February 25 from 8 to 30 am.

Cohen was infected with the virus in Italy, and when he returned to Israel, he infected three other people – including his wife, a shop employee and a customer.

Initially, Cohen said during the epidemiological investigation that he stayed in the store for only about an hour, but after numerous inquiries from the Ministry of Health from customers who saw him for days and hours, he admitted that he arrived at the store during two more days and a wider range of hours.

The Ministry of Health emphasizes today that full transparency must be exercised during the epidemiologic investigation carried out for every Corona patient in order to stimulate the spread of the disease and to allow the citizens required to enter the isolation.

In the meantime, the Ministry of Health announced this afternoon another Israeli who was infected with the Corona virus and was hospitalized in the Fourier Hospital. This is probably the bus driver who drove the group of tourists from Greece to Israel.
