“Edge”, the new spectacular panoramic terrace of New York

On 11 March, “Edge” will open in New York, “the new tallest external observatory in the western hemisphere,” he writes CNN. It is located on the hundredth floor of one of the skyscrapers of the Hudson Yards, the new building complex built in New York along the Hudson River on the west coast of Manhattan. The terrace protrudes for 24 meters, is free of visual barriers (the external panels are in glass without a frame, inclined towards the outside), is suspended at 100 floors high (345 meters) and has an area of ​​about 700 square meters , with a staircase leading to the upper floor where you can sit and have a 360 degree view of New York. In one corner of the terrace the floor is made of transparent glass, and allows you to see the traffic of Manhattan below.

The terrace opens from 8am to midnight, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, you can reach it by subway, getting off at 34th Street-Hudson Yards station of line 7, and the basic adult ticket costs 38 dollars.
