According to the report of Iran’s semi-official agency, Tesnim, Tehran Deputy Guide lost his life in the hospital where he was treated for Kovid-19.

Fatma Rehber, 56, who entered the parliament in the 11th Term Assembly Elections on February 21, was a member of the Islamic Coalition Party (Hizb-i Mutelife-yi İslami), known for her conservative line.

While Kovid-19 was spreading rapidly in Iran, especially the capital city of Tehran, it has killed 124 people, including so far, top names. In Iran, where the most casualties were experienced after China, the virus was first detected in the city of Kum on February 19. While the number of people who got sick due to the virus spread throughout the country reached 4,747, it was announced that 913 patients recovered after treatment.

As part of the fight against the epidemic, checkpoints were created at the entrances of large cities to restrict public travel. Primary and secondary schools, universities, sports and artistic activities across the country were canceled until March 20.
