They will spring from tomorrow 6 March the sanctions for those who are not in compliance with thecar seat installation or anti-abandonment devices, mandatory under 4 years of age as prescribed by the implementing decree of article 172 of the New Highway Code.

The penalties

For those who will not be in order, the penalties vary from 83 to 833 euros – which are reduced to 58 and 100 if the fine is paid within five days – with subtraction of 5 points from the driving license. If they commit two infractions in 2 years will trigger the suspension of driving license from 15 days to two months.

The bonus
