This time in Milanese singer-songwriter Povia he made it big. Yes, because at 3 pm he sang a parody, or rather, a reinterpretation of Bye bye, popular song that he was never a partisan. But of which the self-styled anti-fascists have now appropriated themselves. In contrast to Bye bye that the left had threatened to sing from the balconies at 15, in short, Povia opposed Italy hello. The Milanese singer-songwriter has always made no secret of not appreciating the rhetoric and narration of the left, for example on the drama of the Istrian exiles or of the sinkholes.

And so this time he proposed the song-answer to Bye bye, doing infuriate anti-fascists, who saw themselves desecrated what they consider an untouchable dogma, the song that the partisans never actually sang. Povia undoubtedly has the merit of wanting to try to open the eyes of fans of resistance and liberation, claiming that it is not that now then it is getting much better than before. Except that it is a more subtle invasion, of which nobody realizes. Needless to say, Povia’s video has already gone viral on the web.

And you can’t see that the invader is still here: a new Hitler, jacket and tie, who wanders you from Brussels. It is supported by every government that says there has been no war for seventy years, but there is always poverty. ”

Povia accuses: that regime is still here

Povia continues in his accusations: “They close companies, there are suicides, Italy goodbye … underpaid unemployed forced to always say yes. And he concludes: “Italian you don’t realize that that regime is still here and that slowly with a smile it will take away your freedom”.
