In a statement made by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, “Since the beginning of the crisis, more than 40 thousand Turkish citizens have been brought to the dormitory from more than 75 countries. As of 24 April 2020, a total of 23 thousand 530 citizens have been staying in KYK student dormitories. 32 thousand 763 citizens have been evacuated from the dormitories.” The statement said.
In the continuation of the Ministry’s statement, “A total of 10 citizens, 3 on April 23, 2020 and 7 on April 24, 2020, died abroad” expressions were used.
