This was stated by the deputies of the 5-star movement Elisabetta Barbuto and Elisa Scutellà, announcing the approval of an agenda in the article of the “Cura Italia” decree which provides for income support to trainees of justice.

“Article 44 of the ‘Cura Italia’ Law Decree – they continue – provided for the establishment of the Fund of last resort income to allow workers enrolled in the private pension funds, just like lawyers, to be able to access the 600 euro bonus for the ongoing epidemiological emergency. In light of this forecast, we presented an agenda to Legislative Decree No. 18 of 17 March which envisaged, in line with the provisions for income of last resort, financial support with methods similar to those adopted for self-employed workers also for the category of trainees of the Public Administration, including the trainees of justice we have often dealt with as members of the competent commission.
