One of them, concerning the opinion of the Italians on the actions of the European Union, was made for the transmission Fourth Republic broadcast on Rete 4 on Monday 20 April and hosted by Nicola Porro. Another, however, was carried out on April 17 and concerned the voting orientation of the voters.
65% of the interviewees do not have confidence in the intervention of Europe
From the poll of Tecne for Fourth Republic it is clear that the 65% of the interviewees does not have a particular confidence in the interventions that will be implemented by Europe.
Only the 30% instead he believes that the European Union can provide a concrete answer for the economy of our country.
Furthermore, the pollsters asked the Italians whether – to cope with the economic crisis – it is better to stay or leave the European Union. In this regard the 45% of respondents prefer to stay while the 42% would like to leave the EU. Proportionately, the share in favor of the European Union would increase until 58% if there really was real help for the economy of the member countries.
The survey of Tecne it also confirms the appreciation for the work done by the Conte government in this emergency phase. The 54% of the interviewees shares what the executive has done so far, among these, the inhabitants of the central and southern regions are most satisfied. In the north, however, the judgment is equivalent between those who judge government action in a positive way and those who negatively (both options are 49%).
However, the executive is postponed by the Italians as regards economic interventions: the 55% he judges them in a negative way, with the most disappointed being the inhabitants of the North (62%). Only the 39% welcomes the economic measures decided by the government.
The voting intentions of the Italians
Meanwhile in recent days, precisely on April 17, Tecne he had also decided to probe the voting intentions to the parties, to understand the electoral guidelines if the Italians were to vote.
According to this survey, the League remains the first party with the 28.3%, albeit decreasing compared to the previous week, when it registered 28.5%. In the area of government, both the Democratic Party and the Five Star Movement lose consensus. The dem go from 21.8% to 21.4% down 0.4%, while the Five Stars drop from 14.1% to 14% and are overtaken by Brothers of Italy: Giorgia Meloni’s party has stopped at 14.5% but according to this survey it finds itself to be the third Italian party by consensus. In the meantime, Forza Italia is growing by 0.3%, which stands at 7.3%.
Among the minor parties: both La Sinistra and Italia Viva grew by 0.2%, both are now at 3.0%.
The Greens are growing, they go to the1.9%, while Action! is all1.6% and + Europe to the1.4%.
The other minor parties – all together – collect the 3.6% of consents. Finally the 45.5% of the sample he defined himself as undecided.
