AGORDO – Luxottica announces the suspension of all the Group’s Italian activities “until further notice”. The decision, made known to the trade unions, affects the factories of Agordo, Sedico and Cencenighe (Belluno), Rovereto (Trento), Pederobba (Treviso), Lauriano (Turin), Silvi Marina (Teramo) and Città Sant’Angelo (Pescara) . The company is checking the possibility of continuing some essential activities such as logistics and the Sedico lens laboratory, in accordance with government regulations. It will also guarantee continuity to the critical central functions for the management of the Group and the coordination of activities at a global level.
