The American Space Agency will work in microgravity conditions to better understand cell growth. A video anticipates the heart of the project

In the jargon of the scientists they are called tissue chips: textiles is organs miniature made by allowing cells to proliferate on specially formulated laboratory slides.

They are structures Three-dimensional, and to better study them spatial organization today we want to carry out experiments on Earth in parallel, as well as where the conditions of gravity, which could affect the final result, are completely different. And what more suitable place if not the International Space Station?

Below is a video in which the Nasa, who will pursue studies together with the US National Institutes of Health, gives us some anticipation on the project.
