Dance on Mars, Martux’s electronic concert live

I stay on Mars, you stay home. United and close through music.

With this slogan, the electronic musician Maurizio Martusciello, in art Martux, announces a series of events live on Instagram where it will be possible to attend his live set inspired by future expeditions to the red world.

The initiative is part of a larger project, Dance On Mars, created by Martux and produced by Linking Ideas People and Project by Andrea Canapa, which includes unreleased tracks, videos and choreography specially made and staged by international caliber dancers. The full show, promoted by theItalian space agency, will be staged at the Rome Science Festival next November.

“Mars, explains the artist, has established itself in our imagination as a symbol of alien invasions. As an artist it is impossible to escape the charm of the vast and boundless imagery that surrounds the red planet. Shaping a new universe of sounds, meloid, rhythms and words that are revealed as dreams … ».

Music, visual and dance, for a total duration of an hour and a quarter. Two of the twelve tracks from the entire show will be revisited by the author and they are Life on mars? is Heroes, both composed by David Bowie. All other songs are inspired by two literary texts: The little Prince by Antoine from Saint-Exupérie e Jonathan Livingston seagull by Richard Bach. Flight, exploration, knowledge, and amazement as a common denominator.

Pending the Science Festival, it will be possible to attend a definitely reduced part of the show through yours smartphone starting from this evening, hours 18:30 on the Instagram channel @Martux_m.
