The form for the self-certification of citizens who intend to make transfers provided for by the rules for the containment of coronavirus contagion is still changing. In the new form, the declarant, in addition to the residence, must indicate his domicile and must certify that he is aware of the new provisions; the place of departure and destination of the move must also be specified, which remains permitted only and exclusively for “proven work needs”, “situation of need”, “health reasons” or, in fact, “absolute urgency”, for transfers in a different municipality.
