Activists circulated on social media, on Friday, a video clip of a Saudi citizen complaining about holding dancing parties inside a restaurant near his house in the Al-Sharafiya neighborhood in Jeddah, which is part of Makkah Al-Mukarramah region.
The Saudi citizen shouted in the video, saying: “Over the course of the week we do not know we lie.” Then a door opens and the sound of music and songs is heard, and he exclaimed, “How do I raise my daughters? I have 3 daughters, the largest of them on average.”
After circulating the controversial video on a large scale, the Emir of Makkah, Prince Khaled Al-Faisal, issued a decision today, Saturday, to close the place in question.
The Emirate of Makkah region said through its official account on Twitter: “Under the direction of the governor of Makkah, Khaled Al-Faisal … the region’s police shut down a restaurant from which sounds of music are issued inside a residential area and refer its owner to the competent authorities.”

Local media said that the restaurant did not have a license to hold parties.
Saudi Arabia is witnessing a great opening recently, after the establishment of the General Authority for Entertainment, which is based on organizing parties and developing the entertainment sector in all regions of the Kingdom.
the government #Saudi Memorization rings closed and imprisoned scholars and narrowed the preachers to open (discos) next to #Makkah And to harm our Prophet, the Messenger of God – upon him the best prayer and complete the handover – let us destroy if we do not intend to eradicate the Antichrist government #Saudi

Last year, Turki Al-Sheikh, head of the entertainment authority, contracted dozens of singers, singers and actors from Egypt and other countries to perform concerts and plays within the activities of the “Jeddah Season”.
Tony Haberi, Regional Communications Director at the brand company that owns the “White” discotheque, announced the opening of the first nightclub in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, “in line with all Saudi legal controls.”
Thank you, Prince Al-Khalouq. I hope that songs and music are banned in malls and cafes. We hope we find our comfort by the time we go out for walks, otherwise relaxation is not ritual.

The club includes a dance hall open to men and women, and different types of foreign music that cater to different tastes, including American “hip hop” music.

God willing, they will close all restaurants that have such and such .. And they abolish the whole entertainment commission .. By God, its negatives are more than positive. 👍

Ok and the “360” theater in which the male and female parties’ concerts are held, which unfortunately they failed to choose the location! Open on King Abdulaziz Road opposite Redsea Mall in a residential area!
