“The Astros are going to win, so shut it up” – Josh Reddick

Houston Astros players seem to think that one thing will end everyone’s comments and analysis regarding electronic signal theft: winning matches.

Wishing to move on to something else about the scandal, outfielder Josh Reddick and pitcher Lance McCullers Jr. voiced their opinions on another busy day at the Astros training complex in West Palm Beach, Florida.

“At some point, you have to move on and move on. We are going to win games and shut everyone up, “said Reddick, presumably irritated by all the questions regarding the scandal involving the Astros.

McCullers Jr. made reference to Trevor Bauer and Ross Stripling who said he would hit the Astros batters if the opportunity arose. Stripling teammate Cody Bellinger said he wanted the Astros to be stripped of their World Series title. He also wants to see José Altuve sanctioned for his implications. Bellinger hopes that major baseball will take away his title of player par excellence.

Even without Ace Gerrit Cole, the Houston Astros are still widely favored to win the American West Division. The Los Angeles Angels and Texas Rangers have made some changes to their roster to compete against Houston. We will have to wait a few more months before having the outcome of this Western saga.
