5 people lost their lives in the first fallen avalanche
Search and rescue efforts were restarted to find 2 people who were considered to be in an avalanche at the 33rd kilometer of the Van-Bahçesaray highway. As the treatment of the injured continued, 5 people died as a result of avalanches.
The lifeless body of 5 people was reached from the minibus that hit an avalanche at 17.00 yesterday evening, while 6 people were saved as alive. The search and rescue efforts of 2 people who were considered to be in a minibus were suspended at night.

WORKS STARTED AT THE FIRST HOURS OF THE MORNING
AFAD, UMKE, 112 Emergency Service, Highways, security guards, fire brigade and gendarmerie teams started redial and rescue work in the first light of the morning in the region.
During the studies, there was another avalanche on AFAD, UMKE and other teams. Van Governor Mehmet Emin Bilmez reported that the rescue work has begun.
PRESIDENT ERDOĞAN RECEIVED INFORMATION
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan called Interior Minister Soylu and received information about the avalanche that had fallen.
