TORINO. The Master in Insurance Innovation (MII), the first university training course in Italy dedicated to innovation and the creation of the jobs of the future in the insurance sector will take place in Turin, at the Carlo Alberto College.

The project – starting in September 20202 and born from the partnership between the School of Management and Economics of the University of Turin, the Polytechnic of Turin, Collegio Carlo Alberto, Compagnia di San Paolo, Intesa Sanpaolo, Intesa Sanpaolo Vita and Reale Mutua – is aimed mainly at recent graduates and talented young professionals from all over the country.

The goal is to train a generation of professionals with a strong interest in technological and digital innovation, able to become actors in the change in the insurance business and to embark on new professional paths.

The business areas able to offer new and different opportunities will concern product development and digital channels, marketing, new work methods, artificial intelligence and data analytics, operations, claims management, asset allocation, risk measurement and capital management as well as the possibility of joining entrepreneurial realities such as start-ups active in the fintech and insurtech sectors.

“The initiative – explain the organizers – which is unmatched in the Italian training landscape, will bring significant benefits to the city, to the young talents who will participate, to the academic and industrial institutions involved in the project, as well as to the entire Italian insurance system, thanks to an approach strongly focused on the future of the insurance business at 360 ° ».
