Quique Setien he is the new coach of the Barcelona football team, after the exoneration of Ernesto Valverde, which occurred six months before the end of the contract; Barcelona had not exonerated a manager for 17 years when, in January 2003, he fired Luis Van Gaal. Quique Setien is 61 years old, he is a footballer and former coach of some teams, including Las Palmas and Real Betis; his contract will last two and a half years, until June 2022. Setien will be officially presented tomorrow at a press conference at Camp Nou, the Barcelona stadium. As a footballer he was a midfielder: he played for Atletico Madrid and for 12 seasons with Racing Santander.
