The offer includes 4.5 million newly issued shares resulting from a capital increase with the exclusion of option rights and 7.6 million shares offered for sale by Holding Happy Life, the majority shareholder of the company and controlled by Massimo Perotti , executive chairman of Sanlorenzo, including 1.1 million shares subject to the over-allotment option for the greenshoe option. Under these conditions, the listing operation is worth 193.6 million euros and just over 120 million end up in the coffers of the majority shareholder. The market capitalization recognized by the megayacht construction site (Sanlorenzo is specialized in those over 30 meters) is thus higher than half a billion: 552 million, including the capital increase of 72 million.
